At Vaulted Time, we stand behind every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original condition — unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
  • Items without original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
