All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by destination. The exact delivery estimate for your country is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

As a general reference:

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Canada & Australia: 8–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
